Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add bamboo shoots and stir well.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
