Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the bamboo shoots in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the bamboo shoots, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
