  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the bamboo shoots and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and chili paste.
  5. 5. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
