Ingredients

  • 2 cups Glutinous rice soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the soaked glutinous rice and drain well.
  2. 2. Mix coconut milk, salt, and sugar in a bowl until dissolved.
  3. 3. Combine the rice with the coconut milk mixture.
  4. 4. Fill bamboo tubes with the rice mixture, leaving some space at the top.
  5. 5. Steam the bamboo tubes for about 60 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
