Ingredients

  • 2 cups Beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add cooked beans, salt, and water. Bring to a boil.
  7. 7. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
