  • 200 g Bean sprouts
  • 150 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Fold in the bean sprouts and prawns.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
