Bean Sprout and Prawn Fritters Recipe (Bazun khwet kyaw)

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Bean sprouts
- 150 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Fold in the bean sprouts and prawns.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
