Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bean sprouts are tender but still crisp.
Serve hot.
