Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bean sprouts are tender but still crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
