Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef bones preferably with marrow
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 Onion halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
  • 8 oz Noodles your choice of type
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, add beef bones and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. 2. Skim off any foam that rises to the top. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery.
  3. 3. Simmer for 45 minutes, then strain the broth to remove solids.
  4. 4. Return the broth to the pot. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
