Beef Broth with Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef bones preferably with marrow
- 8 cups Water
- 1 Onion halved
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
- 8 oz Noodles your choice of type
- 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions for garnish
- 1. In a large pot, add beef bones and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 
- 2. Skim off any foam that rises to the top. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. 
- 3. Simmer for 45 minutes, then strain the broth to remove solids. 
- 4. Return the broth to the pot. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. 
- 5. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions. 
- 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
