Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
