Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
