Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add sliced bitter gourd and cook for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the bitter gourd is tender.
