Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Bitter Gourd sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced bitter gourd and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the bitter gourd is tender.
