  • 2 pieces Bitter Gourd sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Red Chili sliced thinly

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bitter gourd thinly and place in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add salt and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the bitter gourd slices under cold water and squeeze out excess water.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add the bitter gourd slices and red chili to the dressing. Toss to coat.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
