- 2 pieces Bitter Gourd sliced
- 300 grams Pork sliced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 1 liter Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add the pork slices and cook until they turn white.
