  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Water to make a thick batter
  • for frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dip the bottle gourd slices into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. 5. Fry the coated bottle gourd slices in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
