- 1 medium Bottle gourd peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Chili powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water to make a thick batter
- for frying Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dip the bottle gourd slices into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Fry the coated bottle gourd slices in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
