  • 500 g Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrot, and cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top before serving.
