Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Toppings

  • ½ cup cooked sticky rice
  • ½ cup cooked agar-agar
  • ¼ cup cooked sago pearls

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook until translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and rinse cooked sago pearls under cold water. Set aside.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. 5. Add cooked sago pearls to the coconut milk mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Serve in bowls, topped with cooked sticky rice, agar-agar, and extra sago pearls.
