Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
