Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
