Burmese Garlic Noodles
A simple and flavorful noodle dish with garlic, soy sauce, and fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g rice noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.25 cup chopped green onions
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 0.25 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
Stir in green onions and cilantro. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve noodles topped with crushed peanuts and lime wedges on the side.
