  • 2 cups Green mango, julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, grated
  • 0.5 cup Peanuts, roasted and crushed
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned green mango, sliced cabbage, and grated carrot.
  2. Add the roasted and crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
