Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • ¼ cup Chopped Nuts Optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, dissolve sugar in water over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add ghee and chickpea flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. 3. Cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. 4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray and spread evenly.
  6. 6. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if using. Let it cool and set before cutting into pieces.
