Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder, cut into cubes
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are translucent.
  2. 2. Add pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Stir in curry powder and turmeric. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, until pork is tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
