- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter melted
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, coconut milk, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
