- 1 cup Gram flour (chickpea flour)
- 3 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a bowl, mix the gram flour with 1 cup of water until smooth.
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add turmeric and salt.
Slowly whisk in the gram flour mixture. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it cool. Once set, cut into squares.
