Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gram flour (chickpea flour)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix the gram flour with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add turmeric and salt.
  3. Slowly whisk in the gram flour mixture. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it cool. Once set, cut into squares.
