Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric, chili powder, paprika, and garam masala. Stir well.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
Season with salt. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
