  • 1 cup Agar-agar cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Basil seeds soaked in water
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak basil seeds in water for 10 minutes until they swell up.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until warm. Do not boil.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine agar-agar cubes, soaked basil seeds, and coconut milk.
  4. 4. Add condensed milk to the mixture and stir well.
  5. 5. Serve in glasses with ice cubes.
