- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric powder, and salt until smooth.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
