Burmese Tofu with Garlic, Ginger & Chilli Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Burmese tofu
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
1. Cut the Burmese tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the tofu pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and salt.
6. Pour the sauce over the tofu in the pan and stir to coat evenly.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
8. Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice.
9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
