- 500 g Winter Melon peeled and cut into cubes
- 300 g Sugar
- 500 ml Water
1. Peel and cut the winter melon into cubes.
2. In a pot, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the winter melon cubes to the pot. Simmer for 1 hour.
4. Remove the melon cubes and let them cool on a rack.
