Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Feet cleaned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil chicken feet in a large pot of water for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Drain and let the chicken feet cool. Remove any bones if desired.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar.
  4. 4. Add the sliced cucumber and julienned carrot to the bowl.
  5. 5. Toss in the cooled chicken feet and mix well.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
