- 1 lb Chicken feet cleaned
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Clean the chicken feet thoroughly and trim the nails.
2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken feet, onion, garlic, and ginger.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours until the chicken feet are tender.
4. Add fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
