  • 1 lb Chicken feet cleaned
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the chicken feet thoroughly and trim the nails.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken feet, onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours until the chicken feet are tender.
  4. 4. Add fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
