Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken liver
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the mixture.
  6. Add chicken liver and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add water and salt to taste. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the liver is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
