- 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Yogurt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice or bread.
