Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles any type
  • 500 ml Chicken Broth
  • 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, etc.

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the claypot on medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and mixed vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add noodles and cook until tender.
  7. 7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
