Clear Fish Broth Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Fish bones and heads preferably white fish
- 8 cups Water
- 1 medium Onion quartered
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 1 medium Carrot chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 2 sprigs Parsley
1. Rinse fish bones and heads under cold water.
2. In a large pot, combine fish bones, water, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, salt, and peppercorns.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
5. Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer.
6. Discard solids and return broth to the pot. Add parsley and simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Remove parsley and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
