Main Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Water
- 50 g Sugar
- 10 g Agar-agar powder
- 1 pinch Salt
In a saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
Reduce heat and add coconut milk. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
Serve chilled.
