  • 200 ml Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 10 g Agar-agar powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
  3. Reduce heat and add coconut milk. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
  5. Serve chilled.
