Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Stir in corn kernels, chopped green onions, and black pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
