Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the asparagus and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the crab meat and heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
