Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Crab cleaned and cut
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add curry powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add crab pieces and stir well to coat with the spices.
5. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until crab is cooked through.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
