Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Crab cleaned and cut
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add curry powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add crab pieces and stir well to coat with the spices.
  5. 5. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until crab is cooked through.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
