Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add crab meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Push crab to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
  5. Add rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Stir well.
  6. Add green onions and mix everything together.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
