  • 200 g Tofu skin dried
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu skin into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the tofu skin pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the tofu skin from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
