Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chopped peanuts
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, peanut oil, sugar, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
