  • 12 pieces Quail Eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool. Peel the eggs.
  3. 3. Roll each egg in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Fry the coated eggs in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
