Main Ingredients
- 200 g Dried Fish soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
4. Add soaked dried fish, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the fish is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
