Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Dried shrimp Soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the curry powder and stir well for about 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soaked dried shrimp and mix well.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk and water. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the shrimp is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
