Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried shrimp soaked and drained
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain well.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumber, carrot, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
