Duck Noodle Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole duck cleaned and cut into pieces
- 200 g rice noodles
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 L chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
1. In a large pot, add the duck pieces and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, skimming off any foam.
2. Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.
3. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. In a separate pot, cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. To serve, place a portion of rice noodles in a bowl and ladle the duck soup over the top. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
