Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Duck cleaned and prepared
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the duck with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the duck in a roasting pan and add minced garlic.
  4. Pour chicken broth and white wine into the pan.
  5. Roast the duck in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  6. Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
