Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck cleaned and prepared
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the duck with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the duck in a roasting pan and add minced garlic.
Pour chicken broth and white wine into the pan.
Roast the duck in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
