Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs, peel them, and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. 5. Add water and bring to a boil. Add boiled eggs and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
