Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g Fermented bean paste
  • 1 cup Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fermented bean paste, cabbage, tomato, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut oil, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili powder.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
