Fermented Fish Paste Salad Recipe (Ngapi thoke)

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Fermented fish paste (ngapi)
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine the fermented fish paste, lime juice, fish sauce, peanut oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Add the shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers to the bowl.
Sprinkle the chili powder over the vegetables and mix everything thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
